By making this booking the homeowner/occupant of the address entered has agreed that they have entered the services required as correctly as possible and understands that all costing is an approximate price and may change at the technicians discretion. If the price needs to be altered (either increased or decreased) based on the services required, the technician onsite will let you know prior to the cleaning. Where the occupant is not happy with the quoted price, they may decline the work at no charge.

Cancellation/Postponement Police

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $45 late cancellation/postponement fee.

Payment

We require payment onsite via our portable eftpos machine (credit cards accepted with a 3% surcharge). If you are unable to attend at the time of cleaning please txt me on 0274405054. We will require cash to be left onsite where we can leave a receipt upon collection and a location to find and replace the key.
